Job Title : Warehouse Manager Reports to: Operations Support Manager Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols. This role involves leading a team, optimizing processes, and coordinating logistics to maintain a well-organized and productive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety training and audits. Ensure daily PTPs and stretch and flexes are being completed. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices for inventory management to minimize discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement to order necessary supplies and equipment. Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Record time entries in ALMobile and coordinate warehouse staff scheduling to ensure all shifts have coverage. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Prepare and analyze performance reports from different software programs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Reporting includes metrics such as inventory, field employee surveys, and hours/OT worked. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, inventory availability, and delivery schedules, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Optimize the layout and organization of the warehouse to improve workflow, enhance space utilization, and facilitate easy access to products. Manage inventory of adjustments, cycle counts, receiving, and completion of outgoing orders. Ensure company policies and procedures are met. Continuously monitor the system’s performance and gather feedback for ongoing improvements. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics Ability to supervise and motivate a team, assign tasks, and ensure productivity. Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with staff, suppliers, and other departments Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and other safety standards relevant to warehouse operations.
