Stock Supervisor

STOCK SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION AMI is looking for a Stock Supervisor for NEW Aventura Mall location. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Supervisor will ensure inventory accuracy. Alongside his/her team, the Stock Supervisor will track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency. The Stock Supervisor responsibilities include: Manage the stock observing brand directives and procedures Support in stock movements procedures, leading and monitoring the implementation of the back of house guidelines Ensure accurate product and supply inventory at all times – with support and direction from Stock Manager Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies Control and oversee deliveries, transfers, damages, cycle counts, end of season, and all other back of house operations Support the inventory preparation in store and monitoring the results Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed Support in opening and closing procedures, and on the shopfloor during peak hours WHO YOU ARE: Good working knowledge of computer systems Knowledge of CEGID is preferable At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role in a fashion/luxury company Team player mindset REWARDS & BENEFITS: Great compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience) Store discounts according with the company policy Health insurance REQUIRED PROFILE Minimum of 2 years of stock experience Team player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectations. Detail oriented, operationally sound. Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to foster a customer-service spirit in store.
