Job Overview: Solar Trek is seeking an organized and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing inventory, shipping and receiving, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. This position is vital in supporting our commitment to sustainable energy solutions by ensuring materials and equipment are managed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing solar products and materials. Ensure accurate inventory management by overseeing cycle counts, stock levels, and order fulfillment processes. Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to streamline warehouse processes and ensure timely supply chain operations. Maintain warehouse safety protocols and cleanliness standards in compliance with OSHA regulations. Manage warehouse logistics and resolve any issues related to shipments, deliveries, and storage. Use warehouse management software to track inventory, orders, and shipping information. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts).
