Responsibilities • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on single-family homes, including: o Basic carpentry (door adjustments, trim repair, etc.) o Plumbing fixes (leaky faucets, clogged drains, etc.) o Electrical work (replacing outlets, light fixtures, etc.) o Painting and drywall patching. • Handle exterior upkeep, including fence repairs and repainting exterior doors. • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner. • Respond to occasional after-hours emergency repair calls. Qualifications • Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance work (3 years preferred). • Skills in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Physical capability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform hands-on work. • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling between properties.
