You MUST live in the Richmond, VA area The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. The company is a family owned company with a strong belief in work/life balance and they value a collaborative team culture. This is a Hybrid Role. After training, you will work Mondays and Fridays from home and be in the office Tuesdays-Thursdays. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms Qualifications Live in the Greater Richmond, VA Area Have a Bachelor's Degree At least 1 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
