U.S. Immigration Attorney

About Us: We are an international law firm with presence in the U.S. and abroad (LatAm and Europe). Our U.S. Immigration practice team primarily serves high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and extraordinary ability individuals, providing top-tier immigration services out of our Coral Gables office. Key Responsibilities: Handle U.S. immigration matters, including EB-5, E-2, EB-2, EB-1A, H-1B, P-1, O-1 and other employment and investment based visas. Represent clients in both corporate and individual immigration cases. Provide legal advice, communicate with clients, draft petitions, and oversee cases from intake to completion. Collaborate with international clients and colleagues. Achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of the practice. Required Qualifications: Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction. (Florida preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law. (experience in any type of U.S. immigration law is acceptable; training in business immigration will be provided).
