How to Apply: hre-outsourcing.online Key Responsibilities: .Office Management: .Maintain office supplies inventory and order new items as needed. .Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming. .Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary. .Answer and direct phone calls and emails, handle inquiries, and provide information as needed. Scheduling and Coordination: . Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for managers or team members. .Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. .Prepare meeting rooms, arrange necessary equipment, and handle catering or other logistics. Document Preparation and Filing: .Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. .Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy access. .Assist in the preparation of company reports, presentations, or other documents as needed. Communication : .Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. .Assist in preparing internal and external communications, including newsletters or memos. .Help coordinate events, conferences, or company-wide activities. Data Management and Record Keeping: .Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases or spreadsheets. .Handle confidential information with discretion. .Track expenses and assist with budget management as needed.
