Employment Type: Contract Location: Kissimmee, FL (Remote candidates accepted, but occasional onsite visits required) Duration: Multi-year Rate: $65.00 - $70.00/hr w2 Description: Seeking a Project Manager III to manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, for a variety of enterprise systems and technical solutions. This role involves stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Local candidates are preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered if willing to travel onsite for background checks and occasional in-person tasks. Responsibilities: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives and customer satisfaction. Conduct project health checks, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Prepare project documents and manage procurement processes for system upgrades and new implementations. Use industry-standard project management practices (Agile, Waterfall) to manage resources, scope, budgets, and schedules. Mentor and guide less-experienced project managers and collaborate effectively with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders. Analyze and refine meeting invite processes, scheduling practices, and training for project hosts using platforms like Workfront, ServiceNow, Monday.com, and SharePoint. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Prince2® certification. 10 years of progressive experience in project and program management with a proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Experience implementing enterprise applications and managing cross-functional teams. Proficiency in stakeholder management, budget oversight, risk analysis, and strategic planning. Technical expertise in contract management, quality assurance, performance measurement, and financial analysis. Familiarity with tools like Workfront, ServiceNow, Monday.com, and SharePoint is a plus. Experience with government projects is advantageous but not required. Preferred Certifications and Skills: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®). ITIL v3 Certification. Expertise in quality assurance, project risk assessment, and earned value management (EVM). Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage and engage with a variety of stakeholders. Experience in mentoring teams and promoting best practices in project management.
