Vice President of Quality

Position Overview: The Vice President of Quality will lead all quality assurance and control efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and product quality across the dietary supplement and nutraceutical manufacturing processes. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage audits, and oversee quality systems to meet industry and customer standards. Relocation provided for non-local candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage quality strategies, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards. Lead QA/QC teams and oversee product testing, supplier quality, and process validation. Ensure adherence to 21 CFR Part 111 and 117 regulations for dietary supplements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality protocols throughout the product lifecycle. Monitor quality metrics, lead CAPA processes, and manage audits and inspections. Mentor and develop a high-performing quality team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. 10 years of quality experience, with 5 years in a leadership role within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or related industries. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and ISO standards. Experience with CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
