Location: Watertown, MA (Hybrid) Focus: Immunology/Inflammation Job Overview: This role will partner with the Program Team Lead to manage clinical programs, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes, while actively engaging stakeholders and supporting financial and project management activities. Primary Job Responsibilities: Partner with the Program Team Lead to deliver on-time, high-quality clinical programs within budget, while managing risks. Execute crucial program activities in alignment with organizational milestones. Communicate effectively with stakeholders for issue resolution and strategic planning. Lead meetings, oversee CRO management, and assist in budget forecasting and tool maintenance. Primary Job Requirements: Advanced scientific degree or PMP, with strong project management expertise. Over 10 years in biotech/pharma with 4 years in Program Management. Managed global Phase II/III programs, meeting aggressive timelines. Experience with NDA/BLA filings desired. Strategic and hands-on with excellent communication and influence skills.
