Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead innovative low-voltage projects? Join IES Communications , a national leader in structured cabling, telecommunications, and infrastructure services. We are seeking dynamic leaders to manage multimillion-dollar data center and low-voltage projects for industry-leading clients like Meta and Microsoft. About the Role As a Project Manager (Low Voltage) , you will oversee complex projects ranging from $10M–$60M, ensuring they are delivered on time, safely, and within budget. You’ll manage diverse scopes of work—including structured cabling, audiovisual (AV), security systems, and Inside/Outside Plant (ISP/OSP)—while leading cross-functional teams and building strong client relationships. What You’ll Do 1. Lead Teams & Drive Success • Manage and mentor project teams, including Superintendents, Engineers, and Project Coordinators, to achieve project objectives. • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture across all project phases. • Oversee subcontractors and ensure alignment with company and client goals. 2. Execute Low-Voltage Projects • Plan, budget, and execute projects, ensuring timelines, scopes, and deliverables are met. • Oversee ISP/OSP installations, structured cabling, rack-and-stack, and commissioning activities. • Address on-site challenges, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. 3. Deliver Financial and Customer Success • Manage project costs, monitor profitability, and handle customer invoicing and collections. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies. What You Bring Experience & Skills • 5 years of project management experience in low-voltage systems or construction. • Expertise in ISP/OSP installations, structured cabling, and low-voltage systems (e.g., AV, security). • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with rack-and-stack activities, fiber patching, and network commissioning is a plus. Education & Certifications • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. • PMP, RCDD, or similar certifications are a plus. Technical Proficiency • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical documents.
