We seek an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our client's residential and commercial division. This role will manage the full lifecycle of projects from prospect through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, particularly in sourcing, bidding, procurement, estimating, and overseeing all aspects of project execution. Additionally, experience with BuilderTrend and ProKitchen is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Actively source and build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials for each project. Evaluate and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the most cost-effective and high-quality options are selected. Provide accurate cost estimates and assist with design decisions to ensure project Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing for all aspects of the project. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain detailed project records in BuilderTrend, ensuring all schedules, contracts, change orders, and correspondence are properly documented. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or changes that arise during the project. Identify potential risks and challenges and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects. Strong understanding of estimating, sourcing, procurement, and contract management. Proficiency in BuilderTrend and ProKitchen; experience with other project management software is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are preferred. Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $5 Million.
