We are seeking an Account Manager with family office and/or HNW business management experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. Location: This position can be based out of Austin (TX) on a hybrid basis. Overview of Role: The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finances of their assigned clients, and oversees a staff of bookkeepers. Responsibilities: Daily client financial activity, including requests and timely follow up on all outstanding matters Review work of bookkeepers (AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review) Review bank balances and statements and approve transfers as needed Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, and credit score issues Monitor insurance renewals and claims Assist with home and car purchases Other projects, as needed A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: 4 years of experience in full-charge accounting and bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals, preferably within entertainment business management 3 years of experience in the client services field 2 years of experience in tour accounting is strongly favored Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is highly favored; a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required Comprehensive knowledge of the general ledger, AP/AR, insurance, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial statements Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills (i.e., communication, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, active listening, critical-thinking, etc.) Prior experience in a Lead, Senior, or Management role Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email) Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through Commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and databases Experience with AgilLink, DataFaction and/or Imaging Software is highly preferred Candidate information, including education and work experience, is verified upon an offer of employment. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. .
