Ultimate Staffing is looking for a temporary Office Manager for a client in Baltimore County We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with accounting duties to join our team on a temporary basis. If you are proactive, adaptable, and have a strong background in both office administration and accounting, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office systems. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices. Prepare financial reports, track budgets, and assist with month-end reconciliation. Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Manage office communication, including answering phone calls, handling emails, and coordinating with vendors. Provide administrative support to senior management and assist with various office-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in office management and accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and discretion with confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in payroll and invoicing is a plus. High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
