Our client, a Women's Contemporary Brand, is seeking a Visual Specialist to help support their staff in Miami, FL Duties and Responsibilities: Execute and maintain visual standards Actively maintain store appearance Implement window installations and interior displays Create enthusiasm for visuals presentations by inspiring, training and supporting peers Conduct daily inspections of sales floor to insure all standards are in place Provides valuable feedback in regards to merchandising opportunities and immediate improvement execution Communicates visual standards and updates to team members, ensuring consistency amongst a diverse team of stylists, sales associates, greeters, operations, and managers.
