Temp Sample Coordinator

TEMP Sample Coordinator needed for Fashion company located in Manhattan Beach This position works hands-on with licensed products, organizing the sample room and product libraries while supporting the product development lifecycle all the way to the production stage. Start date: ASAP Schedule: onsite Mon-Fri 40 hours a week Location: Manhattan Beach, CA Pay rate: $21-23/hr. This is a Temp/Contract based assignment with the possibility for it to become permanent for the right person. Essential Job Responsibilities Act as the team’s sample gatekeeper by managing the inventory, packing/unpacking, and organization of all sample submissions Coordinate and maintain informational tools and libraries, including product portfolios, receiving logs, licensee binders, etc. Create and share reports to track received samples Track and receive all samples for multiple divisions and licensees Ship samples to multiple overseas and domestic partners Create commercial invoices for all sample shipments Organize and maintain the in-house sample room Open daily packages and alert team about what is received Support the planning and preparation of management and account meetings by preparing conference rooms and meeting materials Job Requirements Able to work on-site Excellent organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Proactive and resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects at a time, and meet deadlines Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, quick-moving environment Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.) Genuine and demonstrated interest in fashion, footwear, and product development Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of related experience
