Role Description We are seeking a full-time Associate Director of Catering to join our team at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. In this dynamic on-site role you will assist in the management, coordination and execution of the Catering and Sales Departments play a key role in driving sales for social events. Qualifications Prior experience in the field of hospitality with specific experience in catering sales. Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, long-range planning. Background in planning and executing catering events. Strong organizational and communication skills. Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment. Insight into industry trends and the local market. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
