Duties Accurately process and submit claims to insurance companies. Follow up on unpaid claims and handle denials or rejections. Manage pre-authorization processes to ensure timely approval of services. Ensure timelycollection of outstanding balances from patientsand insurance companies. Maintain detailedrecords of billingactivities and collections. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billingdiscrepancies.
