What You’ll Do As a Senior Survey Technician/SIT , you’ll play a critical role in delivering precise and high-quality surveying services. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting Subdivision Plats , Boundary Surveys , Topographic Surveys , and other related surveys. Preparing accurate Record Drawings from field as-built surveys. Coordinating with Project Managers , RPLS , field crews, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Building 3D Surface Models using industry-leading tools. Writing detailed and accurate Legal Descriptions . Preparing clear and professional Exhibits and Sketches for project documentation. Conducting thorough Deed and Records Research . Reviewing Legal Descriptions and Title Information for accuracy and completeness. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications A solid land surveying background with demonstrated experience. Degree from a technical school or college in a relevant field. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related drafting tools. 3-5 years of experience drafting various types of surveys, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, subdivisions, and construction stakeouts. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. S.I.T. Certification (preferred but not required). Why Join Us?
