Paralegal

Peak Partners has a client who is a well-established Maryland law firm in search of a Paralegal for their Trusts & Estates practice. This is a hybrid role located in Baltimore, MD. The salary is commensurate on experience. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of the probate process Prepare federal and state estate tax returns Run various tax projections Coordinate the preparation of all appraisals and income tax returns (individual and fiduciary) Handle all aspects of trust administration Prepare fiduciary accountings Distribute to beneficiaries Conduct tax planning Coordinate fiduciary income tax return preparation Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate 3-5 years of experience in the administration of large and complex estates 3-5 years of experience in all types of trusts Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe If you think you have the qualifications stated above and are interested in exploring a new opportunity, we will welcome the chance to review your resume and talk further.
