Paralegal Specialist - ASAP

A well-known and thriving entertainment vendor partner. This paralegal must have worked supporting a legal department for a business unit, and not just for a law firm. This role will communicate with executive leadership, so exceptional communication skills is a MUST Qualified candidates MUST have: AA degree or BS/BA highly preferred Paralegal certification is a MUST Over five years experience as a paralegal Carta software is highly preferred MS Office Suite, Adobe, NetDocs and Imanage is a MUST Must be familiar with corp business transaction legal docs Must have experience drafting, formatting and redlining legal agreements Have experience with equity issuances, cap table updates and equity redemption Assist with entity formations Managing any special projects Organizing large volumes of e-filing This role is fully on-site, 5 days a week.
