Receptionist Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA Compensation: Up to $25 per hour, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k Schedule: Full-time, Onsite, Direct Hire LHH is working with a reputable law firm in seeking a personable and organized Law Firm Receptionist to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles. This position is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will hold a B.A. or B.S. degree and have experience in both reception and law office settings, though legal experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Reception & Client Services: Answer incoming calls from the main line, greet clients, and manage conference room scheduling to ensure smooth client interactions. Document & Office Management: Process incoming documents, maintain copy logs, and manage office supplies. Mail & Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, assist attorneys with scheduling for remote court appearances, update calendar entries, and provide administrative support across the firm. File Clerk Support: Perform backup file clerk duties such as scanning, filing, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. 1-2 years of reception experience. 1-2 years of law office experience. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and provide support in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
