Spencer Ogden is supporting one of our clients in their search for a Project Planner Scheduler to support their project management team by developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules across multiple projects. This role involves creating and revising master schedules, conducting critical path analysis, identifying project delays, and ensuring adherence to timelines throughout the project lifecycle. This will start out as a 1-year W2 contract and will be hybrid out of their Lake Mary office. This role also has the potential for up to 20% domestic or international travel. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project schedules from proposal to operations. Collaborate with project teams to analyze progress, identify improvements, and resolve scheduling issues. Prepare and update project schedules, incorporating cost/resource data. Provide technical advice on scheduling challenges and conduct training on scheduling software. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while monitoring project performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within an EPC environment. Proficiency in scheduling software and project management tools. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
