Traveling Construction Superintendent

General Contractor looking for Traveling Superintendents with experience in Retail or Restaurant/QSR construction to manage projects across Texas. ROLE: Oversee ground-up and renovation projects for restaurants and QSRs Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams Manage schedules, budgets, and site logistics Provide regular updates to clients and project managers Resolve on-site issues and complete daily reports EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 2 years as a Superintendent in restaurant/QSR construction Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage fast-paced, tight-schedule projects Willingness to travel throughout Texas BASE PAY: $95,000-$160,000 Per Diem Vehicle Allowance Travel Housing Paid For Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental) Bonus PTO
