This position offers the opportunity to engage in a collaborative environment where you will make a personal impact every day. We are seeking a skilled HRIS Manager to join our HR team. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization and contribute to the efficient operation of our HR processes. This role requires a strong understanding of HRIS platforms, data analysis and reporting, project management, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: This is a Full-Time Salary Position The HRIS Manager serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. They will primarily focus on maintaining and extending the use of ADP by executing requirements, design, configuration, testing and support tasks on a multinational operations level. Reporting to the Director of HRIS, this role will be a key part of the HR team, dedicated to developing and implementing world-class HR services, processes, and systems. System Integration and Data Management: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ADP and other third-party systems using APIs, SFTP, and other data exchange methods. Oversee the setup and maintenance of Managed File Transfers (MFT) for secure and automated data flow between systems. Collaborate with IT to build and maintain internal data warehouses for efficient querying and reporting. Technical Configuration and Customization: Configure system modules, including HR, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduler, and Benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Manage the development of custom fields, workflows, and business rules to streamline HR processes. Perform advanced troubleshooting of system errors and escalate complex issues to IT or vendor support when necessary. Data Governance and Security: Ensure proper encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest, working closely with IT to maintain compliance with security standards. Monitor user access and permissions in HRIS to mitigate risks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. IT Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to implement system upgrades, ensure server compatibility, and manage infrastructure requirements for HRIS tools. Define technical specifications for integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and external platforms. Reporting and Automation: Design and deliver automated reporting solutions for compliance, payroll, and workforce analytics, leveraging advanced Excel and HRIS tools. Develop SQL queries and scripts for advanced reporting and data validation. System Optimization and Upgrades: Lead system upgrade projects, including version updates, module rollouts, and patch installations. Perform thorough testing and quality assurance for new system functionalities, integrations, and configurations. Vendor and Tool Management: Manage vendor relationships to address technical challenges, service delivery, and system enhancements. Evaluate and recommend new HRIS tools, integrations, or upgrades to align with the organization’s evolving needs. Supervisory Responsibility: In alignment with the HRIS Director, provide leadership and strategic direction to the HRIS team to ensure day-to-day integrity of processes, implementation of new configurations, upgrade deployment, new models, integrations and system optimizations. Oversee and supervise a team of HRIS Analysts including performance management, coaching and development, and goal planning. Environmental Factors & Working Schedule: Hybrid work environment, 3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely. Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, IT or related field of study or equivalent combination of experience and education Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive HRIS experience in HR Systems role required 2 years of ADP Knowledge: HCM, Security, Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, BP's, Reporting, Integrations Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, particularly ADP Workforce Now, ADP Next Gen, and related modules. Proficiency in setting up and maintaining SFTP connections for secure data transfers. Experience with SQL scripting for reporting and data analysis. Strong understanding of APIs and integration methodologies for seamless data flow across HR systems. Demonstrated experience working with IT teams on infrastructure, data security, and integration projects. Familiarity with server environments and data warehousing principles, specifically for HRIS. In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and their application in HR systems. Ability to ensure compliance with encryption standards for sensitive employee data. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook, with expert level Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning) Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
