Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Operations Manager and Social Media Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA which plays a crucial role in managing the brands's presence. As a Multifaceted Fashion Operations and Social Media Coordinator, you will be at the helm of coordinating a diverse array of responsibilities that span order fulfillment, customer engagement, influencer outreach, and overseeing handmade clothing production. Also you will be responsible for supporting the company's operations and engagement initiatives, managing and coordinating projects.This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset, impeccable organizational skills, and a passion for optimizing processes and enhancing brand presence. Responsibilities: Engage with customers through various channels and social outlets , promptly addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Respond professionally and timely. Customer service management in-store and online Collaborate with design and development teams to streamline production workflows for in store orders Lead the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely processing, packaging, and shipping. Inventory Management, Product Launch coordination including quality control Oversee the production of handmade clothing items, guaranteeing quality and efficiency. Monitor influencer content to align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency. Content and Creation management Craft compelling communication to interact with 5 -8 influencers daily, fostering collaborative partnerships. Maintain accurate records of customer engagement, and influencer interactions. Collaborate with team to post daily on all social platforms Manage the daily functions of the business Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth Manage all social media platforms and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, analytics and reporting Creating a systems and assigning roles for the operations to flow smoothly is a plus Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and emerging trends that can influence product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications Associate / Bachelor's degree a plus Knowledge of fashion industry trends and social media platforms Experience in operations management and social media marketing Attention to detail Knowledge of marketing automation platforms Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) Strong communication , multi-tasking abilities ,and organizational skills Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising Basic knowledge of graphic designs and content creation tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media analytics tools Problem Solver Bilingual is a Plus
