We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Analyst with a strong background in the construction industry and government. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in procurement processes, compliance, and vendor management to optimize operations and ensure cost-effective acquisitions. Certifications such as CPPB, CPPO, or CPSM are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction-related goods and services, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities and quality improvements. Prepare, issue, and evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Invitations to Bid (ITBs) in compliance with government regulations and industry standards. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and compliance officers, to streamline procurement workflows. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Analyze procurement data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in the construction or government sector. Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) , Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) , or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are highly preferred. Strong understanding of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices, including familiarity with government contracting processes. Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar platforms).
