Certification Details I9 or Attestation Government Issued Photo ID required Everify or Attestation ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ONLY Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable.) BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA ONLY Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable.) PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA ONLY Instructor, Provider, and RQI acceptable.) Physical Exam required within 1 year of start Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required annually Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 10 business days prior to start date Job Details Fri - Mon (2030 - 7am) May be asked to float to other campus', must be flexible, must live 150 miles from facility Job Requirements ARRT Registered Texas Medical Board-MRT CPR-BLS Schedule Information Contract length: 13 weeks Additional Details Background Check is required. Must be renewed annually. Parking will be available for orientation and employment parking will be available after orientation. No fee. Seasonal flu vaccine is required.
