Main Responsibilities: Develop wireless network business strategies based on market demands and competitive situations, and organize and promote the implementation of these strategies to achieve the company's overall goals; Lead and manage the business team, plan and guide the overall business solutions, and establish and maintain good relationships with partners to ensure the realization of business development and operational objectives; Be responsible for product planning, advance the formulation, design and development, delivery, and maintenance of the entire product lifecycle and process management, promote product innovation and optimization, and ensure smooth project R&D, mass production, and market demand satisfaction; Lead the team to continuously track industry progress, monitor market dynamics, analyze competitors and industry trends, and provide strong support for company decision-making; Comprehensively preside over daily business operations and management, including monitoring indicators, risk management, customer service, network management, organizational management, team building, financial management, etc., establish a complete business operation process system, optimize business links, and improve business operational efficiency. Position Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the mobile communications industry, with priority given to those with experience in virtual mobile operators or new operators; Familiar with the development trends of the wireless network industry, operational management models, and work processes, possessing comprehensive market, technical management, product planning, and operational management experience; Strong data analysis, business acumen, and strategic thinking abilities; Outstanding communication and team management skills, capable of inspiring team potential and driving business growth; Adaptable to rapidly changing market environments, with innovative spirit and problem-solving abilities. 主要职责: 根据市场需求和竞争情况,制定无线网络业务的发展战略,并组织推动相关战略落地,实现公司整体目标; 领导并管理业务团队,对业务总体方案进行规划和指引,并与合作伙伴建立并维护良好关系,确保业务发展和经营目标实现; 负责产品规划,推进产品的方案制定、设计开发、交付和维护整体生命周期和流程管理,推动产品创新与优化,保证项目顺利研发、量产和满足市场需求; 引领团队持续跟踪业界进展,监控市场动态,分析竞争对手及行业趋势,为公司决策提供有力支持; 全面主持日常业务运营管理,包括监测指标、风险管理、客户服务、网络管理、组织管理、团队搭建、财务管理等,建立完善的业务运作流程体系,优化业务环节,提升业务营运效率。 职位要求: 至少5年以上移动通信行业经验,有虚拟移动运营商或新运营商业务经验优先 熟悉无线网络行业发展趋势,运营管理模式和工作流程,具备全面统筹市场、技术管理、产品策划和运营管理经验; 具备较强的数据分析、商业敏感度和战略思考能力; 出色的沟通和团队管理能力,能激发团队潜力并驱动业务成长; 能适应快速变化的市场环境,具备创新精神和问题解决能力。
