Certification Details RDCS or RCS BLS – AHA ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (if required within the specific role) State License 1 Verification Job Details Performs diagnostic cardiac sonography procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with policies, values and mission of the organization. Responsible for commonly performed echocardiography procedures with consistent proficiency. Procedures include: two dimensional transthoracic echocardiograms, exercise/dobutamine stress echocardiograms, agitated saline (bubble) studies, UEA (ultrasound enhancing agent) echocardiograms. Experience in transesophageal echo preferred. Job Requirements Experience in commonly performed echocardiography procedures required. Experience in transesophageal echo preferred.
