Summit Medical Staffing Nursing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Salinas, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 01/02/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Nicotine free facility Department: SLP of patients treated per day 6 patients per day, in 75-minute time slots. General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Other Required certs for all SLP Do they prefer or require CCC-SLP &/or CCC-A credential CCC-SLP Common diagnosis / Types of patients Outpatient patient care, treating primarily swallowing and voice disorders. Adult patients only, no pediatrics. Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient Outpatient What areas are they required to cover Outpatient clinic only Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Outpatient adult SLP experience required SLP Manager/Supervisor: Supervisor available. Rehab Aides: SLA's Aides available Shifts & Scheduling: Outpatient 0830-1700 Weekend Requirement: No weekend requirement for outpatient clinic Holiday Requirement: No Scrub Color/Dress Code: Clinic dress code is scrubs or business attire with lab coat either is acceptable.
