RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and procedures and follow departmental policies and procedures Deliver direct care to patients through patient care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc. Follow direction and instruction given by the RN or LPN in charge.
