Enjoy Sundays off Chick-Fil-A Shift Manager Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Management in daily store operations Handle store opening, closing, and shift change procedures. Manage cash register tasks, including spot checks, end-of-shift cash reconciliations, void processing, and deposits. Welcome and greet customers as they approach the counter with a friendly smile. Take customers' food and beverage orders, providing guests with great service. Prepare food and beverages according to Chick-Fil-A standards. Communicate effectively with the next Supervisor to help prepare him/her for shift Help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about our menu. Be familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the airport. Manage Inventory throughout the shift; stock merch and keep an eye on inventory levels. Maintain store cleanliness and organization; cleaning such as sweeping and taking out trash. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of one-year experience in the food and beverage industry. Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
