Come and experience your future THE WORK Lockheed Martin RMS is looking for a Classified Cyber Security Team Lead supporting a classified cybersecurity group. The position is located in Huntsville, AL, and will support the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily on-site operations, information system authorizations (e.g., ATOs, ATCs, etc.), and compliance enforcement of cybersecurity requirements. The candidate will ensure compliance through the implementation of mandatory information system security tasks on assigned information systems utilizing NISPOM, JSIG, DoD 8500, NIST, ICD, CNSSI, DAAPM, and other related DoD documents in support of development and operations. In the absence of the Site ISSM, the Classified Cyber Security Team Lead will conduct ISSM duties. The candidate will be expected to participate in tasks that include, but are not limited to the management of information systems, providing information for the development of System Security Plans (SSPs), establishing and maintaining hardware and software configuration management plans, preparing documents to gain government approvals to operate information systems, weekly system audits, anti-virus software management, creating sanitization procedures for hardware components, maintenance of all user accounts, preparing for and supporting inspections, participating in enterprise initiatives, continuous monitoring, self-inspection review, Proposal Estimates, and other duties as assigned. Successful candidates should be knowledgeable of information technology security principles, various computer/network operating systems, and Microsoft suite of applications. Basic Qualifications: - Final Secret Clearance. -Must have and maintain DoD 8140 “Intermediate” level or higher certification (formally DoD 8170 IAM Level II) - CAP, CASP, CCISO, CCSP, CISM, CISSP, Cloud or SSCP. - 7 years or more of ISSO or ISSM experience or other Information Assurance discipline. - Experience implementing NIST RMF, CNSSI 1252, and/or JSIG requirements. - Act as a liaison with government agencies, such as Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Information System Security Professionals (ISSP), and other external / internal customers, including, but not limited to, counterintelligence and Information Technology (IT) professionals. - DoD Command and Control system experience to include system architecture, security engineering, and network engineering. - Demonstrated experience utilizing Tenable.sc, Trellix ePO, Splunk, and/or other vulnerability management compliance tools - Experience hardening Linux and Windows Operating Systems to DISA STIG baselines. - Experience with system certification, auditing, and continuous monitoring (ConMon). - Experience managing and implementing the ATO Lifecyle utilizing eMASS, Xacta, or other technologies - Sound knowledge and practical experience to direct the assessment and development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and/or Operating Instructions (OIs) to effectively administer and provide cybersecurity standards under assigned area of responsibility. Desired Skills: -Experience administering the system functions including security policies, procedures, and account management of Microsoft Windows and Server as well as Linux/Unix-based systems. -Knowledge of government/contractor network interconnectivity agreements. -Previous experience working in SAP, SCI , and Collateral environments. -Familiarity conducting vulnerability scans, auditing, and continual monitoring. -Experience conducting security analysis to include security categorizations and risk assessments. -Experience using eMASS, managing ATO and ATC packages and assessments. -Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) information systems. Experience with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM). -Keen attention to detail and adherence to established security policies Proven project management (Agile Framework), process improvement, and documentation skills -Experience with network device security administration (i.e., Cisco, Juniper, etc). Familiarity with Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.) -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Able to work in an environment with evolving requirements and fast-paced, dynamic schedules. -Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, be well organized, flexible, and self-motivated. -Demonstrated and outstanding internal/external customer relations skills. -Prior cyber leadership or L-coded manager experience. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
