In this role, you will ensure that our HR systems contain the most accurate data in all areas including geographic profiles, compensation, PTO accruals, and other key data points required for payroll and reporting purposes. Assessing and mastering current processes, then identifying and implementing efficiencies in the processes will be key to the success of this role. It will require someone who can manage multiple HR systems and data which spans across all departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position is based in our Deerfield Beach, Florida, office reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Our families deserve the best, and that's why we hire the best. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What would you be doing? Update and maintain system compensation, department and title data, ensuring timely and accurate changes. Review ACA benefits eligibility and initiate changes ensuring clear communication of any changes to employees and internal stakeholders. Update records in all systems (CentralReach, Bamboo, ADP) with high degree of accuracy Audit HR systems regularly to ensure job titles, departments, compensation, benefits eligibility, and PTO accrual levels are up-to-date and accurate. Assist with compensation analysis to maintain competitive pay structures across the organization. Generate reports and provide data-driven insights for management on compensation, payroll, and workforce metrics. Collaborate with payroll to ensure the smooth integration of data for payroll processing. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and improvements to enhance HR functionality. Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws related to payroll and compensation. Why Work at Butterfly Effects? Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of experience with a focus on data, compensation, payroll, or HRIS management. Tech-savvy, with experience in HRIS and payroll systems. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Who are we?
