LEAD DATA SCIENTIST ADVANCED ANALYTICS & MACHINE LEARNING HOLDING COMPANY (AUTOMOTIVE, RETAIL, SUPPLY CHAIN & MORE) $180,000 - $220,000 HOUSTON, TX HYBRID (4 DAYS PER WEEK ON-SITE) Harnham is supporting a well-known consortium of businesses that are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join their digital transformation which is currently towards the backend of it's first phase. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Lead Data Scientist you will be: Translating business requirements into analytics products and reports to enhance data-driven decision making Utilizing the latest data science techniques and implementing innovative solutions to drive data analysis and modelling capabilities Work closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a key reference point for any organizational data requirements, including that of non-technical stakeholders Managing use case design, build teams and providing guidance on the development and operationalize of models Ensuring analytics and data products are integrated into business process Deliver long-term plans for the data science team including on talent acquisition and platforms Own the analytic solution portfolio, including model maintenance and improvements over time.
