Creative Assistant Content Creator This position would include shoot and social assisting, creative content creation, organization for both social and shoots. We are looking for a creative individual who is knowledgeable about the world of fashion and digital content creation. This position will be a part of our Creative Marketing team and will work closely with our Social Media Division and Creative Director. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with our creative team to express both the brand's values and marketing initiatives through visual storytelling. Responsibilities: Shoot assistance Prepping shoot material Attending and assisting shoots Organization post-shoots Creative DIY projects Social Assistance Organization of instagram grid outline Research presentation of data Copy Content Creation Develop and produce high-quality content for social platforms Taking and editing content Publishing content Create visually appealing and on-brand imagery through photography and videography Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with fashion and social media trends Eagerness to receive feedback and undergo rounds of edits Experience creating content behind and in-front-of the camera Qualifications Experience: Desire to grow your skills and learn new techniques Work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Strong attention to detail Proven experience as a fashion content creator or similar role Proficiency in photography and videography (iphone accepted) ability to edit using Capcut or Adobe Premiere Familiarity with social media platforms and algorithms In-depth knowledge of current fashion social trends Please include strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing UGC content This is an in-house position & applicants must be local to the Santa Barbara/Ventura area.
