Experienced Litigation Attorney

West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks a Litigation Attorney for our personal injury department with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an attorney in a personal injury civil litigation department, performing the following tasks: Defending and taking depositions Responsible for managing their own cases Trial prep and trials Making court appearances Law and Motion drafting Legal writing and research Drafting correspondence Summarizing and/or propounding discovery Drafting notices and objections Interacting with clients Defending and taking expert depositions Required qualifications: Personal injury experience 3 years of experience litigating personal injury cases Strong legal research and analysis General knowledge of California Civil Procedure Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
