About the Role -The Data Engineering Group Product Manager will define the strategic vision for Data within the business, translating requirements into high-level domain strategies and collaborating with DevOps, MLOps, Architects, Product Leaders, and Portfolio Owners. They will oversee DE roadmaps, ensure delivery of stable pipelines to production, and act as a strategic partner across data domains like Marketing, eCommerce, Media, and Stores. Additionally, they will mentor and manage a team of DE Product Managers. Required Skills Foundational skills (at minimum) in relevant areas (e.g., ML Ops, Feature and Data Engineering, Data Analytics, downstream integration, Data Warehousing) Experience developing various data products including core enterprise data. Extensive experience managing technical resources in service of deploying and managing enterprise data outputs including data engineering pipelines. Experience as a business domain leader within the Technology and Data Engineering practices who establishes against various internal and external athlete and teammate journeys, as well as key enterprise data domain requirements and translation to an evolving data architecture. Extensive exposure and experience in leading DE output and pipelines for productionalized data availability including Databricks, ADF, Snowflake, and other warehousing solutions. Understanding of scaling of enterprise data models and output usage across various internal needs, including marketing, media optimization, supply chain, and other enterprise domains. Deep understanding of industry trends for data modelling and production data pipeline management, user needs, and ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for the DE Product Group that best support business goals.
