FAA CRS MRO Operations Supervisor

Turbo Technologies, an FAA approved Repair Station, specializes in Rolls-Royce T56 / 501D engine components repairs and overhauls, and is also an FAA PMA approved manufacturer. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a FAA CRS MRO Operations Supervisor at Aviatt & Turbo Technologies. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing operational processes, managing contracted maintenance and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Operations Management Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in MRO Operations Knowledge of Gas Turbine Engine component restoration processes and sequencing Knowledge of FAA regulations and standards Ability to lead and motivate a team Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field, preferred Previously held Repairman Certificate or A&P, preferred Experience with Quantum, or other ERP system, preferred Benefits Health insurance Life insurance 401K match Paid time off and sick leave Tuition reimbursement Schedule 4x10hrs Mon-Thur Day shift
