Benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision plus many more starting Day 1 Competitive Pay, Generous Paid Time Off, & 11 Paid Holidays 401K with Company Match after 30 days of employment Company Paid Uniforms, Boot Voucher and Safety Glasses Program Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement Bonus and Merit opportunities What You Will Get To Do: Perform advanced maintenance and repairs of electrical and mechanical systems in support of manufacturing operations Perform electrical installation of a variety of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems Troubleshoot major electrical and/or mechanical problems Complete routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment Interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations Replace equipment on existing electrical systems Calibrate, and repair electrical-pneumatic control systems Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring: At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician; Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician HIGHLY preferred A High School Diploma or GED, completion of trade school or formal training preferred Advanced understanding of electrical, mechanical, air, hydraulic, and other systems Experience in a manufacturing setting: stamping presses, and plating experience preferred Knowledge of advanced maintenance processes and methods, working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices and ability to read blueprints Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization The ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
