Job Specifications: Outlet: Ski Patrol Expected Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 / hour Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Skill Level: Specialist Job Responsibilities: Resource for Keystone Ski Patrol Keystone Ski Patrol consists of approximately 110 employees Assist with daily administrative duties Process accurate and timely payroll Purchasing, receiving and processing invoices Support Ski Patrol interviewing, hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding of about 110 employees Assist with daily scheduling for the ski season Frequent exposure to sensitive information where maintaining confidentiality is essential Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities with accuracy, dependability and a positive attitude Interact positively and effectively with other employees, supervisors, managers and departments Administer budget development and forecasting Assist with data input for medical reports Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: At least 3 years of Administrative experience– required Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office – required Payroll experience – required Purchasing/Procurement experience – strongly preferred Strong interpersonal skills, & ability to work independently – required Strong organizational skills, verbal & written communication – required Previous experience with budgeting and financial tracking – strongly preferred Project Management experience – strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field – strongly preferred Keystone and/or Vail Resorts experience – preferred Experience with internal programs, People Soft/HR, People Soft/Financials, Coupa, and Success factors – preferred The expected pay range is $24.00 - $27.00.
