Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,926 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS - due to the role being related to cardiovascular telemetry and potential emergencies Job Details The right candidate will have 2 years of experience and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. Travelers must pass a dysrhythmia exam upon offer (with 2 max attempts). There will be a Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with an emphasis on sterile field. Study materials will be provided with first day instructions. COVID vaccine is required (or religious or medical declination form with appropriate documentation). Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months. Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Experience interpreting EKGs. Schedule Information 12 hr shifts. 7-7. Every other weekend requirement. May float to similar or lower acuity units, including to sister facility. Unit Specific Information Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, general tele. Medications: Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitroglycerin, Heparin, Dobutamine to titrate down ONLY. No pediatric patients; patients 15 years and older. Patient Ratios: 1:3-4 Additional Details Unit: CV Tele D2 & C4 Study materials for orientation will cover proper sterile techniques.
