Position Summary What you'll do We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Software Engineer III, you will participate in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements; translating requirements into technical solutions; gathering requested information (for example, design documents, product requirement); writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders; collaborating with cross functional teams; troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes; enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects; ensuring on-time delivery About Team: What you'll do: Design, develop, test, and maintain highly scalable and efficient web applications. Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive interfaces. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability. Create quality mockups and prototypes. Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies. What you'll bring: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong Experience with ReactJS/Redux Proficient in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, JSON Proficient in NodeJS, GraphQL Familiarity with browser testing and debugging. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment). Understanding of layout aesthetics. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in computer science or related field. Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of SEO principles. The keen eyes for detail and desire to learn, win, collaborate, and relish a challenge Excellent analytical and multitasking skills. Extensive knowledge of open-source libraries, design patterns and micro-service architecture. The annual salary range for this position is $95,250.00-$158,750.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
