This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across multiple OCI teams.The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to own the planning, design, and execution of processes with the product team and engineering. They will drive decision-making, roadmaps, and initiative implementation to achieve measurable impact for the organization. Ideal Experience 8 years of program/project management experience. Background in technology enabled change ideally within a cloud infrastructure datacenter environment. Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels. Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate global team members. Leading and managing a can-do attitude through continual change, ambiguity; able to identify systemic approaches to solving problems. Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way. Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams. Proactive, forward-thinking, yet pragmatic and technically savvy, with the ability to synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions. Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs. Demonstrated ability to think from a business/outcome perspective and translate that into executable delivery and clear accountabilities. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Responsibilities: End-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery. Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results. Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding inter-dependencies between process, technology, and people needs. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives. Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and stakeholders. Drive and achieve successful change management through industry recognized approaches. Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance. Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced and understood. Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness. Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
