Role Description: Arcadis is looking to recruit a Senior Project Risk Manager to join our USA team on the East Coast or West Coast. This individual will be leading qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, facilitating risk workshops and preparing reports for multiple transportation and building related projects. Role Accountabilities: Support the growth of our East Coast or West Coast Risk Management Practice. Lead risk assessments with major public and private sector clients on numerous complex programs and projects. Perform cost and schedule Monte Carlo analysis and review analysis performed by others. Manage multiple project risk assessment commissions. Explain and report the outputs of Monte Carlo Risk Assessments to non-specialists. Support training and development of junior members of the team. Must possess a thorough knowledge of risk management concepts, processes and procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field PMI-RMP Minimum10 years of experience Experience using Palisades Risk for estimating cost risk Proficiency using Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran for analyzing project schedule risk Expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling software Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office products Why Arcadis? We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $97, 600 - $168, 360. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
