Relocation assistance provided. Start Date : Immediately LOA : Permanent position Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree and seven or more years of IT or business work experience required. Seven or more years of increasingly complex project management experience. Project management industry best practice certifications (e.g., Scaled Agile Scrum Master, PMI PMP, PMBOK, ACP) preferred. Retail experience is a MUST. Expertise with packaged software (i.e., ERP, Retail, etc.) implementations. Solid skills in managing vendors. Ability to provide oversight over multiple locations. Strong project budgeting and project scheduling experience. Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC. Knowledge of IT systems, emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within the IT domain. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, governance standards, and industry-specific regulations related to IT projects. Strong knowledge of project management scheduling tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc. preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate complex risks associated with high-impact projects and guide decisions around that.
