Job Summary We’re looking for a project manager to drive the execution and delivery of our online training and certification content. You’ll work closely with planners, content developers, instructional designers, editors, creative designers, systems experts, localization, and stakeholders to ensure that projects stay on track and everyone stays informed. Role : Project Manager Location : Austin, TX Rate : up to $90/hour Work hours : 9 am to 5 pm CST or PST Full-time (40 hours per week) Flexible schedule, with the option to flex to 20-30 hours/week based on your personal schedule and business needs. Our team works remotely M/F and in the office T/W/TH. Duration : 6-month contract, with potential renewal for up to 18 months Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in project management environments with systems or business process changes Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis Excellent planning, organization, execution, and follow-up skills Experienced working with cross-functional teams and remote workforce Skilled in using digital content management and project management platforms Skilled in managing project expectations and management reporting Able to work quickly and effectively with limited supervision within a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, changing priorities, and multiple business partners Passion for effective processes and methodologies that will improve the productivity of the organization Experience with or understanding of localization of content projects What You’ll Do Create and manage projects: briefs, project plans, work-back schedules, resource allocation, budgets, issue-tracking, status reports, and meeting notes Effectively communicate project goals and objectives, timeline, regular project status, risks, escalations, and mitigation plans to management, the project team, and partners Manage the day-to-day aspects of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interests; help set expectations for the team while keeping all ongoing tasks on track; keep key stakeholders informed of red flags, hard deadlines, and resource implications Manage project kickoff meetings, debriefs, and deliver closing reports and lessons learned Build processes for scale and always be looking for process improvement opportunities Use content management systems and delivery platforms to publish sales resources to targeted audiences, ensuring that sales partners can easily access and use content—and identify and advocate for enhancements to these systems Education Bachelor’s degree required Project management education or certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, etc.) Primary Tools Wrike, Slack, Quip, Numbers, Pages, Keynote, iCal
