Assistant Superintendent

Foreman/Superintendent for Sitework Position: Foreman/Superintendent for Sitework will be in charge of overseeing project construction including overseeing personnel, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and overall build quality of the projects. Requirements: Construction: 5 years (Required) Foreman: 2 years (Required) Management of a sitework crews consisting of 3 or more people per crew Safety training and extensive knowledge of construction safety practices Conduct Interviews, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations Ability to manage and construct all aspects of a sitework project from start to finish All aspects of Road Building and Fine Grading Structural Building Pad construction and Fine Grading Operating experience with all equipment related to sitework Extensive knowledge and understanding of project plans and information Preferred experience: 1 years or more experience and extensive knowledge of Trimble GPS equipment Surveying Storm drainage installation Sewer, and water installation Compensation/Benefits: $30/hr Bonus (up to 10%) 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday (and weekends as needed)
