Licensure: You must have an active NM license or be in the process of obtaining or reactivating one. Currently, obtaining a license takes 6 months if the applicant is new to practice; otherwise, it takes approximately 3 months. provider cannot be within 60 miles of the facility The provider must contract with the agency before placing a bid.
